I liked Miss 9's school snack and lunch so much that I made myself the same thing 😜. She chose/packed rice crackers and hummus, coconut chia pudding and cherries + dragon fruit for snack and tofu and salad rice paper rolls for lunch. Our kitchen is mostly out of order for the next week, so quick food it is. We do basic food prep the night before to make things much easier/quicker to pack into my kids lunchboxes the next morning.
